NIGERIA WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED IMMENSELY TO THE LIVES OF NIGERIANS

      Women said it that anything a man can do, a woman can do it better. Indeed when looking at the accomplishments of some women you will truly know that this assertion is nothing far from truth. We are going to be going through the list of high profile Nigerian women entrepreneurs who irrespective challenges that face entrepreneurs in Nigeria have risen to wield strong economic power. The women on this list has indeed proven themselves as great entrepreneurs whom many young people look upon.
BELOW ARE SOME HIGH PROFILE NIGERIAN WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS WHO HAVE INDEED DISTINGUISHED THEMSELVES IN THE FIELD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

                                                                   FUMI WILLIAMS
She is the CEO/managing director of haven pharmacy and health shop. She is a golden sachs 10,000 women initiative scholarship winner in collaboration with pan African university and FATE foundation trained entrepreneur. She is also an alumni of DAYSTARTR leadership academy. This great woman who has distinguished herself among millions of women in Nigeria is a lover of children and women development, she participated in several workshops including the United Nations conference on violence against women and children. Today to her credit, she preside over a not for profit foundation called HIKANOS FOUNDATION with an orphanage arm called ELSHADAI  HOME, whose vision is to discover, harness and release great destinies. The University of Lagos trained pharmacist also overseers cradle and crèche and preschool. This amazing pastor co-pastors with her husband at the headstone church in ilupuju, lagos state Nigeria.
                                                  REVEREND FUNKE FELIX ADEJUMO
FUNKE is the president of the women ministries that networks women from all over the world. An English graduate and accomplished pastor and teacher, she is a woman with deep insight into the word of God. Her annual international outreach known as “the woman conference” has brought thousands of women from across the globe together, where lives and homes have been moulded with profound testimonies. She is has authored several books. The great passion she has for womanhood has led her to establish the grace orphanage while construction of the children hospital has reached an advanced stage. She hosts a television program “the woman”.  This great woman is married to Bishop Remi Adejumo and their blissful home is blessed with children.
                                                              FUNMI AKINGBADE
She is the founder of couples Alive forum international (CAF) and a popular columnist of ‘sex and sexuality’ in the popular punch newspapers. She is the first female minister in Nigeria to boldly author a bestseller on sex between the married couples from African perspective. With an academic foundation in nursing, Mrs. Akingbade has worked in various teaching and private hospitals. She also anchors a family life conference and couple’s academy in London and Nigeria where many marriages has been transformed. She is married to Apostle Ayo Akingbade a known healing evangelist, the president of Ayo Akingbade ministry international. Their marriage is blessed with children.

                                                          AYODEJI MEGBOPE
She is the CEO of NO LEFT OVERS NIG LTD, a full scale catering outfit which started with a takeoff of one thousand naira only in 2007 with the sale of locally bean cake known as “moin moin” but has grown the business into what today has an annual turnover that run into millions of naira. Ayo was one of the first women worldwide to benefit from the 10,000 women initiative sponsored by Goldman sachs a program set up to empower 10,000 underserved women worldwide with formal business skills and education. Today, she is the ambassador of the initiative. She was a speaker at the Clinton Global initiatives in New York with world leaders in attendance and has also addressed the annual general meeting of Goldman Sachs in New York both in 2009. She was the guest of prime minister of the republic of Turkey for the second global summit on entrepreneurship as a panelist. In 2013 she was nominated to represent Nigeria in the Fortune U.S. state department global women’s mentoring program. In March 2014, Ayo was invited to speak at the white house in celebration of international women’s day. Ayo continues to grow left overs. She is happily married and blessed with children.
                                                   OLUWATOSIN PRASIE FOWOWE

She is vibrant woman who is passionate about seeing other people live right and fuffling their purposes without hindrances. She is a lover of knowledge and takes pride in self educating herself in any subject or matter of interest. Her sharp analytical skills have enabled her provide sound business and investment advice in different capacities. Tosin is a graduate of university of east London, England, where she studied international human resource management. She also has certification in financial and business intelligence. An intellectual per excellence, a supportive submissive and dedicated wife, the mother of two lovely and caring angels, a personal development/financial mentor/coach , writer, blogger, ardent researcher, reader, learner and administrator. She is the chief servant at the center for sex and family life.
  If you are an upcoming young female entrepreneur i want to advise you to keep working hard and always make sure that you have passion for what you are doing, one day you will be like this women listed above and your name will be written on gold in the world of entrepreneurship. It might not be easy while starting but with time you will master the trade and learn the tips and stick to the business.
