Top social media like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Google plus, instagram, Flickr, Myspace, are all good platform to create amazing publicity on the internet. On Facebook you need to create a fan page and with just a token Facebook will advertise your page and make sure you get a good number of likes. Once you have a high traffic on Facebook fan page then you are good to go. The same goes with twitter, LinkedIn and instagram , they are wonderful tools through which you can attract a lot of publicity online.

YOU MUST HAVE A BLOG AND UPDATE IT FREQUENTLY

 I am not saying that you must turn into a blogger because I know sometimes many entertainers might not cope with blogging because blogging is a kind of profession that demands absolute attention and high level of intellectual capacity to cope. But as an artist having a blog does not necessary means you will start writing like me. Use your blog to tell your fans what you are doing at a particular point in time. If you are at the Lagos bar beach and having fun take the pictures write short text under it and post it on your blog. If you are chilling out with a personality also take the picture or even the videos and share it online, also tell your fans about the upcoming album or even music video shoot. If you think you cannot cope with management of a blog I will suggest you get a social media marketer or a blogger who will help you with this. Please don’t neglect it is very important as far as today’s entertainment industry is concerned.
